TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions presented below.
I. GENERAL
Commissions are not first come first serve.
I reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.
Please have visual references on hand.
Drawn references do not have to be in high quality as long as they are clear to be understood. You may use an artwork of mine as a reference for how you want the commissioned piece to look like!
I will be showing screenshots of WIPs/previews for updates/approval/minor changes except for 'Surprise Me' style commissions.
Maximum of 2-4 additional characters in one illustration for those commissions that allow more characters. Interactive poses only so they cannot be cut or separated into individual orders.
II. PAYMENT
Payments are via Wise (USD) or through VGen's payment system. For more payment options, please request a commission on my VGen.
Payment must be paid fully upfront. I will begin working on the commission once I have received the payment.
Commissions exceeding 300 USD may have a payment plan upon request.
Prices are subject to change without notice, except prices for orders that have already been accepted.
Prices may increase according to the complexity of the design and/or content of the order.
Cancellation of commissions and refunds will not be possible once I have already started working on the commission.
III. DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
All commissions will be delivered digitally.
Delivery time: 10 to 90 business days. (Depends on the commission type.)
Should there be a deadline, please provide a reasonable timeframe (at least 3 weeks) ahead of the due date.
IV. COPYRIGHT & USAGE
I have full rights over my artworks.
The commissioned pieces are for personal use only.
I do not allow reproduction of my artwork in any blockchain-related technology such as NFTs/crypto art.
I do not allow usage and/or training for AI technology.
Should my art be displayed publicly or uploaded on any social media/platform, please credit accordingly.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned piece on my social media and my portfolio. Please indicate if you would like me to postpone from uploading them for a birthday present, surprise, etc.
Printing or production of physical items (stickers, shirts, posters, charms, etc.) from my art is allowed as long as it is for personal use only.
Please do not edit, trace, sell, erase my signature/watermark, or claim credit.
